Gianni is a SaaS-based fashion discovery and outfit recommendation platform that uses automated systems to analyze user-submitted content and provide curated shopping suggestions.
2. Eligibility & Global Access
You must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
If you are located in the EU, you confirm compliance with local consumer and digital services regulations.
3. Account Registration & Security
You agree to:

- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
Gianni operates on a subscription model:
- Free Plan (limited usage)
- Pro Plan
Billing
- Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- You authorize recurring billing.
- Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may apply based on location.
Refund Policy
Except where required by consumer protection laws (EU/UK), payments are non-refundable.
EU users may have a 14-day withdrawal right unless digital services have already begun with consent.
5. AI & Automated Decision-Making Disclosure
Gianni uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to:
- Analyze uploaded images
- Process text descriptions
- Generate outfit visuals
- Provide curated shopping suggestions
You acknowledge:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate.
- Results are probabilistic, not guaranteed.
- Gianni does not guarantee product availability, pricing accuracy, or fit.
- AI-generated results do not constitute professional fashion advice.
Under GDPR Article 22, users may request human review of automated decisions affecting them materially.
6. User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant Gianni a:
- Non-exclusive
- Worldwide
- Royalty-free
- Transferable license
To:
- Process
- Analyze
- Display
- Improve services
- Train and optimize algorithms (unless you opt out where legally required)
You confirm that:
- You own or have rights to uploaded content.
- You do not upload copyrighted content unlawfully.
- You do not upload illegal or harmful material.
7. Affiliate & Commercial Disclosure
Gianni may include affiliate links.
We may earn commissions when users purchase products through these links.
We:
- Do not control third-party retailers.
- Are not responsible for third-party transactions.
- Do not guarantee product performance or delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, algorithms, UI design, and platform architecture belong to Gianni.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer
- Copy
- Scrape
- Resell
- Create derivative works
Unauthorized access attempts may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gianni is not liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Indirect or consequential damages
- AI inaccuracies
- Third-party retailer issues
- Service downtime
Total liability is limited to the greater of:
- $100 USD, or
- The amount paid by you in the past 12 months
Some jurisdictions (e.g., EU consumer law) may limit exclusions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Users may delete accounts at any time.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Unless otherwise required by local law:
- US users: governed by laws of the State of Delaware
- EU users: governed by EU consumer protection laws
- Global users: disputes resolved through binding arbitration or local courts as applicable
